Return Policy

At PDQuipment, our goal is your complete satisfaction. We offer only the highest-quality products we can find, so we don’t expect you’ll have any issue with your purchase. But if for some reason you aren’t satisfied, we’ll work to make right. Please read our return and refund policy below before ordering.

Returns
Items purchased on PDQuipment.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery to your shipping address, and will be subject to a restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange without special exceptions from management.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us for a return authorization. If you find a defect in the product, you may be asked to ship it directly to the manufacturer for inspection. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you request return authorization, we will calculate and inform you of any applicable restocking fee.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Electronic parts from Manufacturers are generally not accepted for returns at all.
  • There is no guarantee on any returns especially equipment, new or used, unless specifically agreed upon before sale.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping
Before returning your product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization, proper shipping address, and instructions. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee will be subtracted, which may include our cost to ship the item to you.

Warranty Issues
Notwithstanding the above policies, the equipment we carry are backed with warranties from the manufacturers. In the event of a warranty claim, your item(s) will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. If you are making a warranty claim, please contact us first.
