Subject: F340e and F800e Feed Issues
It has come to our attention that occasional material feed issues have been encountered in the field. Two
updates were made – these changes have been field tested and eliminated any feed issues that had been
occurring. ACTION:
Two updates were implemented to resolve this issue. The piston rod was updated to increase piston check ball
travel (bottom left image), and the inlet ball guide was updated from a series of holes to slots (bottom right
image).
To replace your F800e or F340e piston rod and inlet ball guide, order the parts listed for each system in the
table below. For proper repair procedures see instruction manuals 3A5653 (F800e) and 3A6393 (F340e).
